As a first time dog owner and having chosen a breed ( Cocker Spaniel ) which I was warned was very lively, I guess it was me who needed the training as well as Barney.
I’m very pleased with the results – Barney certainly is lively, ( actually completely mad at times ) but he is eager to please in certain area’s. We have found the classes, good fun and hard work.

I can’t thank you for the classes over the last few weeks. We knew when we adopted Halo that we had a long road ahead, but i really feel equiped to carry on with her.
She has never really liked class & I think her school report would probably be along the lines of a disruptive infullence could do better at least, and thank you for not expelling us. You will never see the best of Halo, but out of class she has come on so much and is an intelligent, loyal and loving girl.

We thoroughly recommend both Brian and his methods, Don’t be fooled by the name of the company though, it is the owners who listen up and gain dog training skills, quickly and whilst having fun.Common sense advice, an expert to call upon and fun practical exercises were, and continue to be, very useful every day. Lots of dog owners some with years of experience with dogs compliment Hector on his, obedience and temperament, he is our first dog and none of us had any experience with dogs. I can’t think of a better recommendation than that.

We approached Dogs Listen Up after our 12 months old Border Terrier Oscar’s barking and lunging at other dogs. Working with Vicky has made me understand how to deal with how to correct the issue, although we have not conquered this issue yet we have noticed a remarkable difference in Oscar around the house and when visiting other people’s houses, he is alot calmer & responsive to commands.

Thanks to the training advice, nutrition and general information I have received from Dogs Listen Up ( Vicky your a star ) I know I’m going to have the best behaved dog. It’s fun enjoyable and very educational.A must for any dog owner especially large dogs. I cannot thank Vicky enough.

Myself and my dog Sasha have gained an enormous knowledge from our classes. Week by week her behaviour has improved and I understand much more about how to help her bacome a better trained dog.Lisa help and advice has been invaluable.

Thought the course was great. The hour just flew by, Monty loved going to the classes as did we. Lisa is lovely & easy to talk to and the way she explains how to train your dog is brillant, and would recommend Dogs Listen Up to anybody wanting a well behaved dog.

Taking our Shelti Joe to Dogs Listen Up has been a very positive experience for all of us. We have learned to be consistent, persistent and patient and have a much better understanding of Joe’s behaviour.
In return, Joe now walks to heel beautifully, has almost mastered the automatic sit, also doing really well with recall. He is much calmer & obedient ( + less selective in his responses ! ) And he also less timid around other dogs + humans. As well as being a really useful course it has been a lot of fun too, thank you to Brian, Lisa & Becky. I think you’ve turned us into competent dog owners!

We have enjoyed our 12 week training course with Pepsi and would like to thank Brian and Staff for all the training, I will carry on the training at home. I would recommend Dogs Listen Up to anyone with a dog.
