Thank you to Brian for the informative, social and fun Dog Classes we have recently attended at Great Corby.
Brian is a wonderful trainer both to dogs and their owners, thanks to him we now have a lovely, well behaved ( most of the time )
and sociable Labrador. Brian’s obvious love for dogs shines through in all the aspects of training and all dogs in our class respected him
and seemed eager to please him. The way the classes are run makes for an enjoyable evening, where all members of the family are
encouraged to participate in the training.

The group we joined at Great Corby was lovely, all dogs and owners got on really well, at the end of each session we had ‘ doggie playtime ‘
where Brian encouraged us to let the dogs off their leads and play together – a real treat for all dogs and a good laugh for the owners!!!!.

I fully recommend Dogs Listen Up to anyone getting a dog. I thought I knew quite a bit about having a dog but this training has really helped me understand how to work with my Beagle Pepper (a re-homed 11 month old) and unpick some of her many problem behaviours!! Biggles was a 7 month old Border Collie when we started the 12 week course, he was easily over excited and full of energy. The course showed me how to control Biggles when out walking so that he didn’t pull and would come back to me when I let him off the lead. The course was a great place for him to safely meet other dogs and he quickly started enjoying each lesson. Biggles now knows his place within the ‘pack’ at home at it has meant that bond between us is even better. I would recommend the 12 week course to anyone who has just got a puppy for the first time. I have just completed a 12 week puppy training course at Great Corby with my 7 month old Jack russel Milo.
I basically wanted to get my puppy into classes asap so we didn’t get into any bad habits from the start.
I found the classes fun, informative with absolutely no pressure to be perfect.

Brian’s training techniques are excellent & I was amazed at how well the dogs responded to them.

I would highly recommend Dogs Listen Up to anyone wanting to learn the correct way to train their dog & have loads of fun in the process.

I would like to say a few words about the training classes run by Brian at Great Corby village hall, there were five dogs from pups to an older dog but this was never a problem,ey were all there to learn the basics and to socialise. The classes were well structured and informative and the handouts were easy to understand and came in very handy, Brian was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and we would recommend these classes.
